With our new "Risottiera", Frabosk re-invented the way you make risotto."Risottiera" allows you to cook your risotto with steam AND in a bain-marie at the same time eliminating the need of constant stirring of the risotto. Made from high quality 18/10 stainless steel ,"Risottiera" consist of two very easy to use parts. You simply fill water into the pot and wait for it to boil - fill risotto and stock or water into the inset, stir and cover. Leave it to cook and only stir one more time during the cooking process. Towards the end, simply finish with butter and cheese, according to taste.The Frabosk Risottiera prevents the risotto from burning or sticking to the bottom and provides you with a consistently perfect result every time. The triple sandwich bottom provides highly efficient heat conduction. The steam flows through the side holes of the inner pot to cook the risotto leading to a consistent and tasty flavor of the risotto.The "Risottiera" has a large capacity of 60oz. / 1.7ltr. and comes as a 3-piece 18/10 stainless steel set with triple sandwich bottom.Can be used on gas and electric, is dishwasher safe for easy cleaning.Recipes included.
